      目的 探讨丹红注射液对缺血性脑卒中大鼠药理作用机制影响。方法 48只大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、阳性组、实验组,每组12只。假手术组和模型组给予等剂量生理盐水静脉注射,阳性组给予静脉注射尤瑞克林,实验组给予静脉注射丹红注射液,均为每日1次,连续7 d。比较各组大鼠一般活动情况,HE染色病理组织变化及血脂水平、血液流变学、神经肽Y(NPY)、强啡肽(Dyn)、神经功能缺损评分变化。结果 阳性组和实验组总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平低于模型组,而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平高于模型组(P<0.05);实验组TC、TG、LDL-C水平低于阳性组,而HDL-C高于阳性组(P<0.05);阳性组和实验组全血黏度高切、全血黏度低切水平低于模型组(P<0.05);实验组全血黏度高切、全血黏度低切水平低于阳性组(P<0.05);阳性组和实验组血浆NPY、Dyn水平低于模型组(P<0.05);实验组血浆NPY、Dyn水平低于阳性组(P<0.05);阳性组和实验组神经功能缺损程度评分低于模型组(P<0.05);实验组神经功能缺损程度评分低于阳性组(P<0.05)。结论 丹红注射液可明显改善缺血性脑卒中大鼠血脂、血液流变学及神经功能,降低血浆NPY、Dyn水平,值得临床进一步研究。

      Objective To investigate the effect of dan hong injection on pharmacological action mechanism of ischemic stroke in rats.Methods 48 rats were randomly divided into sham group (n=12),model group (n=12),positive group (n=12),the experimental group (n=12).Operation group and model group were received normal saline intravenously.Positive group were given intravenous Kallikrein and experimental group were given intravenous injection danhong,both of which once daily,continuous for 7 d.The general activities,staining pathological changes and disease,lipid levels,blood rheology,NPY,Dyn,neurological impairment score were compared.Results The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C of positive and experimental groups were lower than the model group while the HDL-C levels was higher (P<0.05).In experimental group,the level of TC,TG,LDL-C were lower than positive group,while HDL-C higher than the positive group (P<0.05).positive group and experimental group high shear whole blood viscosity,whole blood viscosity at low shear level lower than the model group (P<0.05);In experimental group,high shear whole blood viscosity and low shear whole blood viscosity at were lower than positive group (P<0.05).The level of plasma NPY,Dyn of positive and experimental groups were lower than the model group (P<0.05).The plasma NPY,Dyn level of experimental were lower than the positive group (P<0.05).The neurologic deficit score of positive and experimental groups were lower than that of the model group (P<0.05).The impairment score of experimental group,neurological were lower than positive group (P<0.05).Conclusion Dan hong injection can significantly improve ischemic stroke serum lipids,blood rheology and nerve function,reduce plasma NPY,Dyn,which is worth studying.
