      目的 基于文献计量学方法,系统分析水凝胶在皮肤创面愈合领域的全球研究态势与知识结构,总结近十五年来该研究演化脉络与前沿热点,为水凝胶在皮肤创面愈合临床转化应用提供理论支撑。方法 从Web of Science Core Collection(WoSCC)检索2011-01-01至2025-12-31的相关英文文献,限定“Article”,并下载全记录与参考文献。利用VOSviewer 1.6.20构建作者、机构、国家合作网络以及关键词共现与共被引分析。结果 2011-2025年间,全球该领域年发文量呈指数级增长,中国在发文量、机构产出及国际合作方面居全球首位。研究热点聚类显示三大主题:(1)水凝胶材料制备与性能优化;(2)皮肤组织修复机制;(3)功能化应用与感染防控。近三年,MXene、金属有机骨架化合物、外泌体、糖尿病创面愈合及可喷涂水凝胶等成为新兴高频关键词,反映研究从基础材料研究向智能化和精准治疗方向转变。结论 水凝胶在皮肤创面愈合领域的研究持续活跃,呈现出多学科融合趋势。文献计量结果揭示其从早期材料合成与性能优化,逐步演化为多功能复合体系。功能化与智能化水凝胶正在促使该技术由实验室走向临床转化,为慢性与感染性创面的精准治疗提供了新的实现路径。

      Objective Based on bibliometric methods, this study systematically analyzes the global research trends and knowledge structure of hydrogels in the field of skin wound healing, summarizing the evolutionary context and cutting-edge hotspots of this research over the past fifteen years, and providing theoretical support for the clinical translational application of hydrogels in skin wound healing. Method Relevant English papers from January 1, 2011, to December 31, 2025, were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC), limited to the type "Article", and downloaded with full records and references. VOSviewer 1.6.20 was used to construct networks of author, institution, and country collaborations, as well as keyword co-occurrence and co-citation analysis. Results From 2011 to 2025, the annual publication volume in this field exhibited exponential growth,with China ranking first globally in terms of publication volume, institutional output, and international cooperation. Cluster analysis of research hot topics revealed three main themes: (1) Preparation and performance optimization of hydrogel materials; (2) Mechanisms of skin tissue repair; (3) Functional applications and infection prevention. In the past three years, emerging high-frequency Keywords such as MXene, MOFs, exosomes, diabetic wound healing, and sprayable hydrogels have emerged, reflecting a shift in research from fundamental material studies to intelligent and precision therapies.Conclusions Research on hydrogels in the field of skin wound healing remains active, showing a trend of multidisciplinary integration. Bibliometric results reveal that it has gradually evolved from early material synthesis and performance optimization to multifunctional composite systems. Functional and intelligent hydrogels are driving this technology from the laboratory to clinical translation, offering new paths for precise treatment of chronic and infected wounds.
