      脓毒症是急性呼吸窘迫综合征(Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome, ARDS)常见且重要的诱因,其根本病理生理机制为失控的全身炎症反应及免疫紊乱。T细胞免疫球蛋白黏蛋白(TIM)家族作为关键的免疫调节分子,在固有免疫与适应性免疫应答中均发挥着重要作用,其功能失调与脓毒症及ARDS的进展密切相关。本文就TIM家族成员(TIM-1、TIM-3、TIM-4)在脓毒症相关ARDS(Sepsis-associated Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome, SA-ARDS)中的免疫调控作用与研究进展作一综述,并进一步探讨了TIM家族作为潜在免疫治疗靶点的价值。
英文摘要:
      Sepsis is a common and significant trigger of Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS), with its underlying pathophysiological mechanism involving a dysregulated systemic inflammatory response and immune dysfunction. The T-cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain (TIM) family, as crucial immunoregulatory molecules, plays a vital role in both innate and adaptive immune responses. Dysfunction within this family is closely associated with the progression of both sepsis and ARDS. This article reviews the immunoregulatory roles and research advancements of TIM family members (TIM-1, TIM-3, TIM-4) in Sepsis-associated Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (SA-ARDS). It further explores the potential value of the TIM family as biomarkers for assessing disease progression and as targets for potential immunotherapy.
