| 支气管哮喘是一类由多种免疫相关细胞和因子介导的以慢性气道炎症和气道高反应性为特征的异质性疾病，多伴有可逆性的气道重构。高血压则是以体循环动脉血压升高为主要特征的一种慢性疾病。二者均为老年病人常见的慢性疾病，据统计，支气管哮喘病人高血压的发生率为 6.8%~76.3%。免疫球蛋白( Ig)E作为人体中含量最低的抗体亚型，主要分布于鼻咽、支气管等部位，与 IgE Fc受体( FcεR)Ⅰ等结合，激活并释放多种炎症因子，在支气管哮喘的发病和转归中起着重要作用。近年来，多项研究发现 IgE可以通过类似的通路促进系统性炎症反应及平滑肌细胞异常收缩和增殖，进而直接或间接促进高血压的发生和发展。该研究就这一病理生理过程及其在诊疗研究领域的最新进展进行综述。 |

| Bronchial asthma is a heterogeneous disease characterized by chronic airway inflammation and airway hyperresponsive.ness, mediated by a variety of immune-related cells and factors, and it is frequently accompanied by reversible airway remodeling. Hy.pertension is a chronic disease primarily characterized by elevated systemic arterial blood pressure. Both are common chronic condi.tions in elderly patients; statistically, the prevalence of hypertension among patients with bronchial asthma ranges from 6.8% to 76.3%.Immunoglobulin E (IgE), the least abundant antibody isotype in the human body, is predominantly distributed in the nasopharynx andbronchi. By binding to FcεRⅠ, IgE activates cells and triggers the release of diverse inflammatory factors, playing a crucial role in thepathogenesis and clinical outcomes of bronchial asthma. In recent years, multiple studies have revealed that IgE can promote systemicinflammatory responses, as well as the abnormal contraction and proliferation of smooth muscle cells through similar pathways, therebydirectly or indirectly contributing to the onset and progression of hypertension. This article reviews these pathophysiological processesand the latest advances in related diagnostic and therapeutic research. |
