| 糖尿病肾病作为糖尿病并发症中最常见的微血管病变之一,已成为目前最常见的慢性肾脏疾病,治疗困难,阻断或延缓其进展十分重要。雷公藤甲素是雷公藤有效成分之一,具有广泛的药理活性。已有研究证实,雷公藤甲素可通过抑制氧化应激、炎症、纤维化,调节细胞自噬与凋亡、脂质代谢来延缓糖尿病肾病的进展。基于此,该研究就近几年雷公藤甲素治疗糖尿病肾病机制的研究进展进行论述,以期为雷公藤甲素在糖尿病肾病的临床治疗中提供新的思路。 |

| Diabetic nephropathy, as one of the most common microvascular complications of diabetes, has become the most prevalentchronic kidney disease. It is difficult to treat, and thus blocking or delaying its progression is of great importance. Triptolide, one of theactive components of Tripterygium wilfordii, has a wide range of pharmacological activities. Studies have confirmed that triptolide candelay the progression of diabetic nephropathy by inhibiting oxidative stress, inflammation, and fibrosis, as well as modulating autopha.gy, apoptosis, and lipid metabolism. Based on this, this article discusses the research progress on the mechanisms by which triptolideimproves diabetic nephropathy in recent years, with the hope of providing new insights for the clinical treatment of diabetic nephropa.thy with triptolide. |
