      目的以滤纸片法探究黑龙骨茎叶的体外抑菌活性及抑菌稳定性。方法该研究起止时间为 2023年 3月至 2024年 4月。采用超声法初步提取黑龙骨茎叶有效成分,进而用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇进行萃取得萃取部位。以抑菌圈直径为指标,考察黑龙骨茎叶对受试菌株的抑菌活性、对受试菌株的最低抑菌浓度( MIC)、最低杀菌浓度( MBC)及抑菌稳定性。结果黑龙骨茎叶乙醇提取物及不同极性部位均具有一定程度的抑菌作用,乙酸乙酯部位有较好的抑菌作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、藤黄微球菌的抑菌圈直径分别为( 7.36±0.36)mm、(16.24±0.53)mm、(11.04±0.88)mm、(9.70±1.97)mm、(9.60±2.07)mm、(8.60±0.51)mm。乙酸乙酯部位抑菌活性在高温、强酸强碱、钙离子、铝离子条件下减弱( P<0.05),在紫外灯照射下具有较好稳定性( P>0.05)。结论黑龙骨茎叶具有一定的抑菌作用,可为该药材进一步开发利用提供参考。

      Objective To investigate the in vitro antibacterial activity and stability of the stems and leaves of Periploca forrestii Schltr using the filter paper disc method.Methods The study period spanned from March 2023 to April 2024. The active components of the stems and leaves of Periploca forrestii Schltr were preliminarily extracted by an ultrasonic method, and then successively extracted with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butanol to obtain different polar fractions. Using the diameter of the inhibition zone as an indicator,the antibacterial activity, minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC), minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC), and antibacterial stabil.ity of the extracts against the tested strains were investigated.Results The ethanol extract and different polar fractions from the stems and leaves of Periploca forrestii Schltr all exhibited certain antibacterial effects. The ethyl acetate fraction exhibited particularly potentantibacterial effects, with inhibition zone diameters of (7.36±0.36) mm against Staphylococcus aureus, (16.24±0.53) mm against Acineto. bacter baumannii, (11.04±0.88) mm against Klebsiella pneumoniae, (9.70±1.97) mm against Escherichia coli, (9.60±2.07) mm against Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and (8.60±0.51) mm against Micrococcus viellutii. The antibacterial activity of the ethyl acetate fraction wasweakened under high temperature, strong acid/alkali conditions, and in the presence of calcium ions and aluminum ions (P<0.05), but showed good stability under ultraviolet (UV) irradiation (P>0.05).Conclusion The stems and leaves of Periploca forrestii Schltr have certain antibacterial effects, which can provide a reference for the further development and utilization of this medicinal material.
