| 目的探究腕踝针联合隔药灸对枕大神经痛病人疼痛及睡眠质量的影响。方法前瞻性研究。将 100例于 2023年 1月至 2024年 4月至河北省沧州中西医结合医院进行枕大神经痛治疗的病人采用随机数字表法分为对照组(采用隔药灸进行治疗， 50例)、观察组(采用腕踝针联合隔药灸进行治疗， 50例)，比较两组病人的颈椎活动程度、头痛程度、发作频率及持续时间、睡眠质量和临床疗效。结果两组治疗后颈椎活动得分均降低，且观察组得分明显更低( P<0.05)；两组治疗后视觉模拟评分(VAS)得分均降低，且观察组得分明显更低［(2.36±0.62)分比( 3.04±0.89)分］(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后头痛发作频率、发作时间法评分均明显低于对照组( P<0.05)；两组治疗后睡眠质量评分均降低，且观察组得分明显更低［( 0.90±0.28)分比( 1.54±0.43)分］(P<0.05)；观察组临床总有效率(98.00%，49/50)显著高于对照组( 76.00%，38/50)(P<0.05)。结论腕踝针联合隔药灸能够有效减轻枕大神经痛病人的疼痛程度，提高病人的颈椎活动度和睡眠质量，增强临床疗效。 |

| Objective To investigate the impacts of wrist ankle acupuncture combined with medicinal moxibustion on pain and sleepquality in patients with greater occipital neuralgia.Methods A prospective study. A total of 100 patients who received treatment for occipital nerve pain at Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated TCM-WM . Hebei from January 2023 to April 2024 were randomly divided intoa control group (treated with alternate moxibustion, 50 cases) and an observation group (treated with wrist-ankle acupuncture combinedwith alternate moxibustion, 50 cases). The cervical spine movement degree, headache severity, attack frequency and duration, sleepquality and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment, both groups showed a decrease in cervical mo. bility scores, and the observed group had obviously lower scores (P<0.05). After treatment, visual analogue scale (VAS) scores de.creased in both groups, and the observed group had obviously lower scores [(2.36±0.62) points vs. (3.04±0.89) points] (P<0.05). The fre.quency and duration of headache in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group (P< 0.05). After treatment, both groups showed a decrease in sleep quality scores, with the observed group scoring obviously lower [(0.90±0.28) points vs. (1.54±0.43) points] (P<0.05). The total clinical effective rate of the observed group (98.00%, 49/50) was significantlyhigher than that of the control group (76.00%, 38/50) (P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of wrist ankle acupuncture and medici.nal moxibustion can effectively reduce the pain of patients with greater occipital neuralgia, ameliorate their cervical mobility and sleepquality, and enhance clinical efficacy. |
