| 目的探讨自贡市第三人民医院过敏性疾病人群过敏原检测结果及流行特征。方法前瞻性研究。分别采用电化学发光法、蛋白质印迹法检测 2021年 1月至 2023年 12月在自贡市第三人民医院诊治的过敏性疾病病人血清总免疫球蛋白 E(IgE)和过敏原特异性 IgE(sIgE)含量，对病理特征及过敏原检测结果进行描述性分析。结果 565例病人血清总 IgE检测值为 66.48(20.85，188.64)U/mL，阳性率 50.62%(286/565)。 580例病人血清 sIgE检测总阳性率为 57.93%(336/580)过敏原以吸入性为主，由高到低排序前 5位依次是屋尘螨、粉尘螨、蟑螂、交链孢霉、猫上皮。 ≤18岁病人 sIgE阳性率高于 >18岁，>，12~18岁最高。男性 sIgE阳性率 61.92%(226/365)高于女性 52.56%(113/215)(P<0.05)。春夏季交链孢霉、柳树、普通豚草、艾蒿 sIgE阳性率高于秋冬季，其中夏季 sIgE阳性率最高( P<0.05)。结论该院过敏性疾病病人以吸入性过敏原为主，不同性别、年龄、季节过敏原种类、分布有所差异。 |

| Objective To explore the allergen detection results and epidemiological characteristics of allergic diseases among thepopulation in Zigong Third People's Hospital.Methods A prospective study. The levels of serum total immunoglobulin E (IgE) andspecific IgE (sIgE) in patients with allergic diseases diagnosed and treated in Zigong Third People's Hospital from January 2021 to De.cember 2023 were detected by electrochemiluminescence and Western blotting, respectively. The pathological features and allergen de.tection results were descriptively analyzed.Results The serum total IgE detection values of 565 patients were 66.48 (20.85, 188.64) U/mL, with a positive rate of 50.62% (286/565). The total positive rate of serum sIgE detection in 580 patients was 57.93% (336/580). Theallergens were mainly inhaled, and the top five allergens, ranked from high to low, were house dust mites, dust mites, cockroaches, Al.ternaria, and cat dander. The sIgE positive rate in patients aged ≤18 years was higher than that in patients aged >18 years, with thehighest rate among those aged >12-18 years. The sIgE positive rate in males was 61.92% (226/365), which was higher than that in fe. males [52.56% (113/215)] (P<0.05). The sIgE positive rates of Alternaria, willow, ragweed, and mugwort were higher in spring and sum.mer than in autumn and winter, with the highest sIgE positive rate in summer (P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with allergic diseases inin this hospital are mainly affected by inhalant allergens, and the types and distribution of allergens vary among different genders, ages,and seasons. |
