      目的研究 2型糖尿病( T2DM)病人的药物自我管理行为水平现状及影响因素。方法横断面研究。选取 2024年 1— 12月在利辛县中医院住院的 320例 T2DM病人为研究对象,采用一般人口学调查表、药物自我管理行为量表及简易疾病感知问卷进行调查,回收有效问卷 301份,通过单因素分析、多重线性回归模型及 Pearson相关性分析探索 T2DM病人药物自我管理行为水平现状及影响因素。结果 T2DM病人药物自我管理行为得分为( 60.72±11.06)分,疾病感知得分为( 44.72±8.97)分。单因素分析显示,不同性别、受教育程度[初中及以下( 58.79±9.89)分、高中或专科( 68.39±12.35)分、本科及以上( 71.00±11.06)分]、职业、月均收入、居住地、医疗保险类型、药物治疗方式、药物使用种类数[ <5种( 63.56±11.65)分、 ≥5种( 58.28±9.92)分]以及糖化血红蛋白水平[ <6.5%(63.73±12.46)分、 6.5%~7.0%(62.97±10.84)分、>7.0%~8.0%(61.15±10.49)分、 >8.0%(58.21±10.58)分]病人的得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多重线性回归分析表明,高中或专科、本科及以上受教育程度与药物自我管理行为水平间呈正相关( P<0.05),药物使用种类数 ≥5种、糖化血红蛋白水平 >8.0%与药物自我管理行为水平间呈负相关(P<0.05)。 Pearson相关性分析表明, T2DM病人的药物自我管理行为与疾病感知间呈负相关( r=.0.48,P<0.05)。结论 T2DM病人药物自我管理行为处于中等水平,药物使用种类数 ≥5种,高中或专科、本科及以上受教育程度,糖化血红蛋白水平 >8.0%及疾病感知与药物自我管理行为间存在相关性。

      Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors of medication self-management behavior among pa. tients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).Methods Cross-sectional study. A total of 320 T2DM patients hospitalized in Lixin Coun.ty Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects. The medicationself-management behavior scale, the brief illness perception questionnaire, and a general demographic questionnaire were used in thesurveys. A total of 301 valid questionnaires were recovered. Univariate analysis, multiple linear regression models, and Pearson correla.tion analysis were used to explore the current status and the influencing factors of medication self-management behavior in patients with T2DM.Results The medication self-management behavior score of T2DM patients was (60.72±11.06) points, and the disease per.ception score was (44.72±8.97) points. Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in scores amongpatients of different genders, educational levels [junior high school or below (58.79±9.89) points, high school or junior college (68.39±12.35) points, bachelor's degree or above (71.00±11.06) points], occupations, average monthly income, residential areas, medical insur.ance types, treatment regimen number of medication types [<5 types (63.56±11.65) points, ≥5 types (58.28±9.92) points], and glycatedhemoglobin levels [<6.5% (63.73±12.46) points, 6.5%-7.0% (62.97±10.84) points, >7.0%-8.0% (61.15±10.49) points, >8.0% (58.21± 10.58) points] (P<0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that educational levels of high school or junior college and bache.lor's degree or above were positively correlated with medication self-management behavior (P<0.05), while the number of medicationtypes ≥5 and glycated hemoglobin levels>8.0% were negatively correlated with medication self-management behavior (P<0.05). Pear. son correlation analysis showed that medication self-management behavior in T2DM patients was negatively correlated with disease per. ception (r=.0.48, P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with T2DM exhibit moderate levels of medication self-management behavior, and thenumber of medication types ≥5, educational levels of high school or junior college and bachelor's degree or above, glycated hemoglobinlevels >8.0%, and disease perception are related to medication self-management behavior.
