谷物多酚是许多植物性食物产生的次生代谢物,通常用于阻挡紫外线辐射,防止机械损伤,并为植物本身防御某些病原体。最近有研究表明,谷物多酚具有抑制晚期糖基化终产物(Advanced glycation end products,AGEs)形成的能力,从而预防和缓解2型糖尿病(Type 2 diabetes,T2DM)。本文综述近年相关文献报道,对谷物多酚对2型糖尿病的调节作用及作用机制进行阐述,表明谷物多酚可作为潜在的抗糖尿病药物。 |

Cereal polyphenols are secondary metabolites produced by many plant foods, which are usually used to block ultraviolet radiation, prevent mechanical damage, and protect plants from certain pathogens. Recent studies have shown that cereal polyphenols have the ability to inhibit the formation of advanced glycation end products, thus preventing and alleviating type 2 diabetes. This paper reviews the relevant literature reports in recent years, expounds the regulatory effect and mechanism of cereal polyphenols on type 2 diabetes mellitus, and shows that cereal polyphenols can be used as potential antidiabetic drugs. |
