| NLRP3炎症小体是一种与多种慢性炎症性疾病的发生发展密切相关的多蛋白复合体，其过度活化可促进白介素1β（Interleukin-1β, IL-1β）和白介素18（Interleukin-18, IL-18）释放造成炎症反应。慢性呼吸系统疾病是影响我国居民健康的主要疾病之一，研究证实在多种慢性呼吸系统疾病发展过程中NLRP3炎症小体扮演着重要的角色。现本文以支气管哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、矽肺、肺癌为例，就NLRP3炎症小体在慢性呼吸系统疾病近年的研究进展进行综述。 |

| The NLRP3 inflammasome is a multi-protein complex that is intimately associated with the genesis and progression of diverse chronic inflammatory diseases. Its excessive activation can expedite the release of IL-1β and IL-18, giving rise to inflammatory responses. Chronic respiratory diseases rank among the principal diseases that impact the health of residents in China. It has been attested that the NLRP3 inflammasome also assumes a crucial role in the development course of various chronic respiratory diseases. In this article, with bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, silicosis, and lung cancer as instances, the research advancement of the NLRP3 inflammasome in chronic respiratory diseases in recent years is reviewed. |
