| 目的 采用文献计量学方法对2013-2023年左心室逆重构（left ventricular reverse remodeling，LVRR）领域的文献进行可视化分析。方法 数据来源于Web of Science核心合集，使用VOSviewer和CiteSpace软件统计国家、作者、被引期刊等基本信息。结果 最终纳入文献273 篇，日本（62篇）和美国（61篇）是主要研究国家，Imamura教授及东京大学分别是发文量最多的作者和机构。《Journal of the American College of Cardiology》（1069 次引用）是重要的共被引期刊。研究主要集中在左心室逆重构的预测方式和临床意义，热点在于对左心室逆重构的诱导。结论 左心室逆重构作为心血管疾病的预测因子，具有重要意义，未来可围绕“中西医结合+逆重构”主题进行深入探讨，为临床提供更多方案。 |

| Objective To explore the research status and hotspots in the field of left reverse remodeling (LVRR) from 2013 to 2023. Methods Data were sourced from the Web of Science Core Collection, using VOSviewer and CiteSpace software to analyze basic information such as countries, authors, and cited journals. Results 273 articles were included, with Japan (62 articles) and the United States (61 articles) identified as the primary research countries. Professor Imamura and the University of Tokyo were identified as the most prolific author and institution, respectively. The journal "Journal of the American College of Cardiology" was identified as a key co-cited journal with 1,069 citations. Research primarily focuses on predictive methods and the clinical significance of left ventricular reverse remodeling, with a particular emphasis on its induction. Conclusions Left ventricular reverse remodeling serves as a significant predictor of cardiovascular diseases. Future studies may explore the "integrative medicine + reverse remodeling" theme to provide more clinical insights and strategies. |
