      宫颈癌目前已成为经济欠发达地区女性群体中致死率和发病率居第四位的恶性肿瘤类型。然而,当前临床干预手段存在显著局限性,常规治疗方法常伴随严重的毒副作用及较高的复发率,这些因素直接影响患者的临床结局。在此背景下,纳米医学技术,特别是纳米载药系统相关研究,在宫颈癌诊疗一体化领域中的应用价值日益凸显。本文综述了纳米技术在宫颈癌中的研究现状和未来发展趋势。
英文摘要:
      Cervical cancer has become the fourth leading cause of mortality and the fourth most common malignancy in terms of incidence among women in economically underdeveloped regions. However, current clinical interventions face significant limitations, as conventional treatment methods are often accompanied by severe toxic side effects and high recurrence rates, which directly impact patients" clinical outcomes. In this context, nano-medical technologies, particularly research related to nano-drug delivery systems, have garnered increasing attention for their potential in advancing integrated diagnosis and treatment for cervical cancer. This study focuses on the current research status and future development trends of nanotechnology in cervical cancer.
