      崔如艳,刘晓宇△:冠状动脉钙化(Coronary Artery Calcification,CAC)作为冠状动脉粥样硬化的一个高度特异性影像学指标,也是冠心病患者面临不良预后的关键风险因素。表观遗传修饰在心血管疾病的发生和发展中起着至关重要的作用,其在不改变DNA初级结构的情况下调节基因活性,通过DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰和非编码RNA调控来调节心血管稳态。最近的研究强调了表观遗传修饰在心血管疾病发生发展中的重要作用,但尚未有文章系统综述CAC与表观遗传学的关系,基于此,本文从表观遗传学的视角,综合DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰和非编码RNA表观调控CAC发生的作用机制做一述评,为CAC临床治疗及预防提供新的靶向目标。
英文摘要:
      Coronary Artery Calcification (CAC) is a highly specific imaging indicator of coronary atherosclerosis and is also a key risk factor for patients with coronary heart disease to face adverse prognosis. Epigenetic modification plays a crucial role in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases, which regulates gene activity without changing the primary structure of DNA and regulates cardiovascular homeostasis through DNA methylation, histone modification and non-coding RNA regulation. Recent research has emphasized the important role of epigenetic modification in the development of cardiovascular diseases, but no article has systematically reviewed the relationship between CAC and epigenetics. Based on this, this paper reviews the mechanism of action of DNA methylation, histone modification and non-coding RNA epistatic regulation of CAC from the perspective of epigenetics, providing new targets for clinical treatment and prevention of CAC.
